Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

The short version

  • We collect only what you give us through our forms — such as your email, name or company — plus basic technical data needed to run the website.
  • We use it to manage waitlists, answer you and send updates you asked for.
  • We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time: contact@orbyx.com.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Orbyx Inc., 254 Chapman Rd, Newark, DE 19702, USA ("ORBYX", "we", "us"). If you have questions about this policy, contact us at contact@orbyx.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers orbyx.com, our waitlists, our contact forms and the emails we send. Our products — including the ORBYX Ring, Intelligence Band, HSI and HIG — are in development. When they become available, they will come with their own privacy notices explaining how they handle data.

This website does not collect health, biometric or sensor data.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your email address, and where requested your name and company, when you join a waitlist.
  • Anything you choose to include when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, mainly for security and to keep the site running.
  • Cookies. Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

4. How we use your information

  • To add you to a waitlist and tell you about early access, launches and product updates.
  • To reply to your messages.
  • To protect and improve our website and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations.

Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us to be removed.

5. We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the website and send email, such as our website hosting and email providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal and safety recipients, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • A successor company, if ORBYX is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy would continue to apply to your information.

7. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it to us. We keep messages as long as needed to respond and for our records. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

8. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • stop sending you emails.

Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws — such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas — may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not do either. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

To make a request, email contact@orbyx.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You may use an authorized agent, who must show us they are allowed to act for you. We respond within 45 days, as required by applicable law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across other websites. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, we do not change our practices in response to Do Not Track signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

10. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Where your data is processed

ORBYX is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
